Waiting for the Fireworks
Do you see any Aligators?
The boardwalk around the park (so cool)

Cody & Tanner in the jump house
So we had a different but still fun 4th this year. There is no place like RV for the 4th of July but we tried to make the best of it. We found a Fireworks Festival close to home at Lake Hudson. There were booths set up like at Eagar Days with food, games, and of course clubs. There were "Tea Party" booths and plenty of booths supporting those running for election. Cub scouts and other local clubs, funny thing is he counties are so small that we were in a different county so we didn't really spend time getting any info because it would have been the wrong group. There was a jump house that the boys could have spent all day in, and face painters. Did I mention it rained or at least drizzled the whole weekend and while we were there. We got used to it pretty quick, and still had a good time. It really started pouring during the fireworks and they were so late because the sun doesn't go down till way past bedtimes so Tanner was not so happy. We all still enjoyed the fireworks. There was "Americana" music being played across the park from a grandstand area and it really made it special. I was really thinking about all those who served our country either in battle or in legislature, and really had a new excitement for the elections this year. I really hope this country can take back what so many have give blood, sweat, tears and even their lives for.
