So Josh has been working for a week now. I wasn't sure I would ever be able to say that again. It was bumpy at first but things seem to be going smoother now. He has never worked for such a "professional" company before and neither have I so I didn't know what to think when it took about a week of half days doing paper work before he actually started working. The contract he's working on is due in 2014 so that could mean a pretty secure job for a while. He should get his IT degree sometime in 2011 so he will have time to find the perfect entry level job in that field before being booted! School could get hard working so many hours but the kids and I will just have to pick up the slack.
So we're not so worried about selling our house now. We have plans to finish the garage this summer. The sooner the better, I can't wait to have a room large enough to weave in and have set up as a playroom so I can control my wild boys. This week I decided to move into the kitchen so I wouldn't be so far out of sight of them. They seriously run the house while I'm working and the house is getting run down! You would think I had this place child proofed by now but I don't think there is such a thing. So we'll try this kitchen thing and live without a table for now until the garage is done. I want to find one of those children's picnic tables for the boys to eat and play on...so if anyone has an extra one!!!!
I go to the auction next month and after that I plan on riding my horse at least 3 times a week and hopefully going to a ranch sorting once a month. This is the goal but we'll see.
Last weekend my mother and sister-in-laws went to the valley to surprise my other sister-in-law for her birthday. Some friends of hers down there set ti up and we did good till she saw my car covered in the left overs from last weeks storms! It kinda stuck out but I really thought she wouldn't notice. Oh well she was still surprised. We had a fun weekend and I really wish we could all get together more often.
I guess that's all for now...oh and I suck at dieting so just forget that last post....mom lost 12lbs though and she wants to do it again. I'm really proud of her!
